Email campaign types
There are many different email campaign types. From simple text emails, informative advertising campaigns through to occasional email newsletters and more. It's finding the right campaign to suit your business. It may be the case that your business has many different product lines, services and seasonal discounts, where a mixture of different campaign types throughout the year would be more of a benefit. The choice is entirely up to you.
In order to send out your email marketing campaign you'll need a customer email address list (normally captured in a company database). The number of recipients you wish to reach with your campaign directly reflects on your customer email address list. If you don't have a list or have a small customer base which needs growing there are options available to you.
1. Set up a subscribe section on your website for opt-in to your email campaigns. Entice new subscribers with a gift or perhaps discount off their first order after they subscribe.
2. On the enquiry/contact form on your website add in a check box to subscribe to your email newsletter/campaign.
3. If you already are running an e-commerce business add in an "opt-in" for your newsletter/campaign in the check-out section. Entice with special offers or discount to customer who subscribe.
4. Place a link for signing up to your newsletter/campaign in the signature section of your email. Whenever you email anyone this will always be advertised in there.

Email campaign frequency
You will need to know how often you are intending to send out your campaigns. You may choose to send them out weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. Our price packages also allow you to send one-off campaigns on a pay as you go basis. The frequency depends entirely on the needs of your business seasonally.
