Derwen Group is a recycling and aggregate facility located in Neath Abbey. They offer sustainable and affordable recycling and waste solutions. Taking care of the environment is at the core of their business.
The Brief
Derwen Group expressed how critical it is for them to show how much they care about the environment. Therefore, they wanted this to be clear on an a variety of digital and print branded designs.
Most of all, by getting a range of designs from us, this meant that their branding would be consistent as a result.
The Development
Derwen Group offer quite niche services that some people may not know much about. Taking that into consideration, it was essential for us to translate potentially technical jargon into something that can be grasped by anyone.
As a solution, we designed illustrations that demonstrate the different products that Derwen offer. Additionally, it seemed like colours of green and brown would fit well with the sector that Derwen are in.
The Result
All in all, we developed a new site, stationery and a logo for Derwen to freshen up their brand and anchor their values as a business. Their new site not only serves as a contact point, but advertises the business through the segmentation of two colours.
Splitting the two main themes as green and brown creates a natural difference in services and makes for easier use.
The stationery we designed for Derwen followed the same branding. This enhanced Derwen’s brand image further.
