Making Mortgages Easier
Select Mortgages is an independent Mortgage advice company. They compare the market and assess customers’ situations and needs to find them the best mortgage. Whether those customers are first time buyers, looking for a second home, or even building on land.
The Brief
Having already used our services for his original website 15 years ago, our client decided it was time for a refresh and a re-brand. Although his website had served him well, he recognised the importance of keeping up to date and evolving. He chose to continue utilising our skills to do so. Select Mortgages objective was to build their client portfolio and to represent the brand as a trustworthy and informative source of mortgage advice.
The Development
After some meetings to get to grips with Select Mortgages services, and some in-depth competitor analysis, we came up with some designs and plans for a website that acts as an information portal for visitors to get some clarity on the different mortgages out there, and what could be right for them. Select Mortgages entrusted The Graphics Department with the full site build and content creation, our chief copywriter is now a fountain of knowledge on all things lending.
The Result
Select Mortgages new site is welcoming, friendly and informative. Using different colours to create some clear separation between the different kinds of mortgages makes the user experience more clear and seamless. Select Mortgages customer list has increased tenfold since the new site went live, and business is booming! As the laws, rules and regulations around mortgages and lending are always changing, the new site is custom built in Word Press, so that the client can make factual changes instantly.
